Visual C++ 2005 CRT
Note
You do not need to install these libraries if you have .NET Framework 2.0 installed.
Installation
There are two methods of installation: you can deploy the libraries as shared assemblies in the global assembly cache, or app-local as private assemblies.

- Download, extract and run vcredist_x86.exe.

If you are presented with the error message Error 1723. There is a problem with Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. it is because you do not have Windows Installer 3.0 or newer installed. Install Windows Installer 3.1 to correct this. |
Private assemblies
Requirements
- Windows XP or newer
Method
- Download and extract Microsoft.VC80.CRT.7z to the same folder as the component dll.
